ARY Digital announce managerial changes
ARY Digital’s global CEO Mr Salman Iqbal has today announced new internal changes, which have taken place in the UK recently.
The company has reorganised it UK infrastructure. ARY has enhanced its team adding young and experienced managers. The following appointments and promotion have taken place:
Mr.Qaiser A.R. Vakani, has joined the company as Financial Controller based at UK. He brings with him wealth of experience acquired with multi-national in Pakistan & Dubai.
Mr. Yaser Aziz Khan has joined as Manager Marketing and Sales, UK & Europe, effective 15th August 2005. He will be heading a five member sales team for airtime sales in the UK & Europe market. He brings with him good ten years experience with him and is considered a valuable addition to the already highly motivated sales team.
Ms. Aisha Subhani has come back to join as Head of programming UK/Europe & the US, effective 15th August 2005. She was earlier transferred to our Dubai establishment in 2003. After her marriage to a UK based banker, she has had a short stint at another ethnic television channel. She brings with her a wealth of programming experience.
Ms Ebba Qureshi has joined as Manager Event Management & PR with effect from 15th June 2005. She has been an experienced Event Manager here in the UK and carries with her wealth of experience in this special domain.
Mr. Salman Cheema has joined as Sales Executive strengthening the existing team. He posses a proven track record of sales in the fast paced UK. business environment. He has been associated with large organizations including British Gas and NTL in the past. Mr. Cheema has recently completed his master?s degree in International Business that has equipped him with all the skills and techniques in modern day business.
Mr. Faisal Rashid, Sales Executive in the company has been promoted and has been given additional responsibility as Assistant Manager Event Management, to assist Ebba. His strength is immaculate organization.
Furthermore, the two appointments in the above list (Mr Yaser Khan and Ms Aisha Subhani) were former employees of rival PTV Prime and left last month. PTV Prime seems to be losing ground. It is currently undergoing changes of its own and is reorganising its structure. Details on this soon.
