Arjun Kapoor on no films signed post ‘Mubarakan’

Arjun Kapoor has not signed any other films after ‘Mubarakan’.  The actor who is all set for his next release ‘Half Girlfriend’ and busy shooting for ‘Mubarakan’ confirms he has no other films in his portfolio but is not worried.

Speaking to PTI, Kapoor is not anxious that he hasn’t signed any further films but feels this is a pattern of his career. “I have not signed any film after ‘Mubarakan’ but that is okay and I have done that in the past as well. It is not that I am not going to do a film. It’s been a year since I did a film after ‘Ki and Ka’ (2016). Also there was a gap between ‘Tevar’ (2015) and ‘Ki and Ka’” said Kapoor.

In fact the actor is being deliberate over his choices for films and is not affected by not being in the limelight constantly.  His focus is on ensuring he chooses content over quantity. “As an actor, I feel lucky to be getting enough opportunities to choose from what I want to do next. But it is my choice to select the correct project. I am sure I will find something that is exciting by the time ‘Mubarakan’ releases,” he continued.

However fans need not worry as they’ll be seeing a lot of Kapoor over the next few months with ‘Half Girlfriend’ set to release on 19th May and ‘Mubarakan’ expected to follow in July.
