Arjun Kapoor to marry after his sisters?

Arjun Kapoor who celebrated his birthday last week has shared his thoughts on marriage. The subject came about after Kapoor’s grandmother sent him a note with his birthday gift.

Reported in Pinkvilla, Kapoor had shared a picture of the sweet note that his grandmother Nirmala Kapoor wrote which said, “To Arjun Kapoor, with love dadi. Jaldi shaadi karo (Get married soon). From Mrs Nirmal Kapoor.”

The photo was caption by the ‘Half Girlfriend’ (2017) actor, “When ur Dadi’s gift is a threat and request along with a bribe and command all rolled into one !!! @nirmalkapoorbombay #bossgrandma”.

However the ‘Mubarakan’ (2017) star said he has time, he will get married after his sisters. “I believe in the institution of marriage. I will share the news with you all when it happens.” Further adding, “Recently, there were two marriages in the family. Let my sister Anshula (Kapoor) get married, then there is Rhea (Kapoor) and Janhvi (Kapoor) and Khushi (Kapoor). There is time for me.”

Asked about his younger sibling who is making her debut in ‘Dhadak’, Kapoor said he the love she has received so far will continue way after the film has released. “The kind of love Janhvi has got from the trailer of ‘Dhadak’, hope that continues after the release of the film. She is someone who is passionate and wants to entertain the audience through her work. She wants to do good work. I hope she outdoes the expectations that have been bestowed on her from Dhadak.”

Kapoor went on talk about how the reception of the trailer has been positive and both his sister and Ishaan Khattar are a talented pair. “People are liking the texture of the film and the credit should go first to the makers. They are two well brought up kids and when you are well brought you can see the kind of upbringing you have had from the way you conduct yourself in front of everyone. He is very energetic and talented boy.”

Kapoor’s forthcoming projects include, ‘Namaste England’ with Parineeti Chopra, which is set to release this year, then next year will see the release of ‘Sandeep, Pinky Aur Faraar and ‘Panipat’.
