Arjun Kapoor: “I am going to be linked-up only with Parineeti”

First seen in ‘Ishaqzaade’ (2012), Arjun Kapoor and Parineeti Chopra are all set to finally come together again in two back-to-back films: ‘Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar’ and ‘Namastey Canada’.

At a recent event, Kapoor jokingly said, “We are working in two films. First in ‘Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar’ and then, whether you’re satisfied or not, we will come together in ‘Namastey Canada’ as well. So next year, I am going to be linked-up only with Parineeti because I would be working only with her,” The Indian Express reports.

‘Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar’, directed by Dibakar Banerjee, is an action-romance film about protagonists who represent two completely different Indian mindsets. Kapoor is currently busy preparing for his role. “I am neck-deep in the prep for the film. I was in Delhi for a bit, I’ve been travelling with him, getting into the skin of the character. The film has a realistic texture so I had to spend time connecting with the world the film is set in.”

The film is scheduled to release in August 2018.
