BizAsiaLive.com reported recently that Arjun Kapoor and Kriti Sanon could be coming together for Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK’s next, a reworked script of ‘Farzi’. Kapoor is thought to be close to signing the film.
Kapoor has had a few meetings with the director duo. As reported by Bollywood Life, a source divulged, “Arjun and the directors have had three meetings to discuss the film in the last one month and recently discussed the script too. The actor is yet to sign on the dotted line but will be on board soon. Raj and DK have been busy with promotions of their action film, the Sidharth Malhotra and Jacqueline Fernandez-starrer A Gentleman. Once they are done with that, they will take the discussions on the new film forward.”
Interestingly, when Nidimoru was contacted, he said, “We have been super busy with A Gentleman so we haven’t had time to sit on Farzi yet. We should get to it early next month”.
Initially, it was Shahid Kapoor that was meant to do the film but it’s thought he wasn’t quite convinced by the script.
