Arijit Singh to croon romantic song for ‘Guddu Rangeela’

He had delivered hits after hits after hits and now Arijit Singh, has been roped in by Subhash Kapoor and Amit Trivedi for ‘Guddu Rangeela’, a masala entertainer that takes on the issue of khap panchayat as its backdrop. The number one singer of the country will be singing a romantic song in the film titled Suiyaan and the director is excited to have him singing in his album.

“Arijit Singh has a golden voice and no one but him could have sung Suiyaan in Guddu Rangeela. We can’t wait to record the song with him that will be part of the film. His voice is just magical and this song will add a lot of dimension to the Guddu Rangeela album,” says Subhash Kapoor, the director of ‘Guddu Rangeela’. Subhash’s last film ‘Jolly LLB’, for which he won the National Award, had also given a social message. “People should definitely always be entertained but they should also have a take out from the movies. I think that’s important,” he adds.
