Archana Puran Singh to return on Sony TV’s ‘Comedy Circus’ reboot

Archana Puran Singh, known for her infectious laugh, will be returning on Sony Entertainment Television’s ‘Comedy Circus’, which marks a return after five years later this month.

Singh, will be seen as a judge, making her the only celebrity to appear in all seasons of the show since it launched in 2007. She will be joined by comedian Siddharth Sagar, Dheeraj Dhoopar and Tejaswwi Prakash as contestants.

Singh told Mirror, “We start shooting on June 17. It’s like a homecoming… I don’t think I shed a tear when Comedy Circus closed down for a few years, but when I walk back on the sets I will be misty-eyed. It will be quite the nostalgia trip as I will be meeting old friends and colleagues. There is so much zeal behind the show.”
