Arbaaz Khan takes legal action over name being dragged in Sushant’s case

Arbaaz Khan has taken legal action following his name being dragged into the investigations of Sushant Singh Rajput and Disha Salian’s death.

The star has filed a defamation case against various social media users who state his involvement in the deaths of the pair, reports Pinkvilla. As per further reports, Khan has filed a lawsuit against online users sharing posts and videos that link him to the deaths.

Khan had filed the defamation case in the Bombay High Court. The report also stated the court order where any other posts, or communication similar to the defamatory content in relation to Khan or his family members on any social media platforms and other mediums, cannot be published further.

ZEE News reported that the order was passed by the Justice VV Vidwans. Khan was represented by Counsel Pradeep Gandhy. The pair’s deaths have been under extreme investigation. Singh Rajput’s case is currently being probed by the CBI SIT, the Enforcement Directorate and the Narcotics Control Bureau. Singh Rajput and Salian both died within weeks of each other back in June in Mumbai. Their deaths sparked outrage on social media and fans have been demanding justice for the deaths on social media platforms ever since.
