Anushka & Virat react after daughter’s picture goes viral online

Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli have reacted after a picture was captured of their daughter, Vamika, during Sunday’s match between India and South Africa.

Sharma was seen holding Vamika from a VIP stand watching the match. This was the first time that their one-year-old daughter’s face was revealed and has since gone viral.

Sharma took to Instagram to say, “We realise that our daughter’s images were captured at the stadium yesterday and widely shared thereafter. We want to inform everyone that we were caught off-guard and didn’t know that the camera was on us. Our stance and request on the matter stays the same. We would really appreciate if Vamika’s images are not clicked/published for reasons we have explained earlier.”

The couple has previously requested media and fans not to circulate photos of Vamika.
