Anushka Sharma to attend Virat Kohli’s charity dinner?

The Virat Kohli Foundation has joined hands with Smile Foundation, a national level development organization, to support the cause of empowerment of underprivileged children and youth. There is a charity event planned which will see attendance from a few well-known names and it seems Anushka Sharma might be one of them.

It remains to be seen whether Sharma will be attending as purely a guest at the event of whether she will take on a hostess role as Kohli’s other half. There have been rumours that the two might be heading for a patch-up.

According to MTV India, Kohli said, “This initiative is not just about fulfilling their basic needs, but making them able to take care of their own needs and giving them an opportunity to learn, equipping them to face challenges and preparing them to be tomorrow’s leaders. I am glad to be associated with Smile Foundation and contribute towards this endeavour.”

The charity dinner is going to be held in June in Mumbai. Kohli himself will host the charity dinner, which will be attended by eminent cricketers, industry stalwarts, corporate honchos, Bollywood personalities and achievers from diverse fields.
