Anushka Sharma first choice for Shree Narayan Singh’s next?

KriArj Entertainment is all set to produce Shree Narayan Singh’s ext two film post ‘Toilet: Ek Prem Katha’ earlier this year. While the first of the two has been confirmed as Shahid Kapoor starrer ‘Batti Gul Meter Chalu’, the second is said to be a women-centric film. It’s thought that Anushka Sharma’s is Singh’s first choice.

Spotboye reports that the film is titled ‘Jasmine: Story of a Leased Womb’. A source said, “Anushka is Shree’s first choice. He will soon meet her and give her a narration”.

Recently the director was heard saying, “Jasmine is the journey of a girl to motherhood, of eternal love between a mother and a child. I have always wanted to work on a women centric film and I’m able to do so”.

It’s thought the idea for the film has come from Siddharth and Garima and Singh and KriArj’s Prernaa Arora will be bringing it to celluloid.
