Anushka Sharma & Deepika Padukone in the race for Kabir Khan’s next?

Much is being speculated about Kabir Khan’s upcoming film, which will star Salman Khan in the lead role. While it was earlier being heard that the filmmaker’s good friend Katrina Kaif may bag the lead female role, it is now being rumoured that Deepika Padukone and Anushka Sharma are in the race for the same.

The Mid Day Hitlist team quote a source as saying, “There have been many speculations about who will be part of this film. The fact is that apparently both Anushka and Deepika were in consideration for a role. But looks like Deepika is likely to win this race.”

While Sharma has already starred opposite Salman Khan in ‘Sultan’, which will be releasing this Eid, Deepika Padukone and Khan have not yet worked together.
