Anurag Kashyap’s ‘Ugly’ to be an emotional thriller

As Reema Kagti’s thriller ‘Talaash’ is being kept a big secret, another filmmaker who seems to be following her footsteps is Anurag Kashyap with his next venture ‘Ugly’.

Recently announcing that this project will be a thriller, Kahsyap expresses how this film will also be highly emotional. “It is a very edge-of-the-seat thriller��and at the same time, an emotional film,” Times of India��report the filmmaker stating.

Being extremely secretive about the project Kahsyap gives a rough summary of what the film’s about, “This film is about that point in one’s life where a character looks back (at his life) and realises that none of his dreams are fulfilled. Then something happens which makes him realise that he and the morality is so fragile.”

“I don’t talk much about this film to anyone and I have always wanted to be very quiet about this film,” he adds. Though the announcement of the film is rather recent, it will be interesting to see weather how long this secret will last.
