Anurag Kashyap is reportedly concerned about the four-hour duration and soaring costs of his next film ‘Bombay Velvet’.
The much talked about Ranbir Kapoor and Anushka Sharma film has apparently turned to be inordinately long, prompting co-producers Fox Star Studios to outsource the editing job so that they cut it down to size, according to Mid-Day.
Mid-Day reports that the new editing team has apparently decided to chop out three or four songs, featuring Anushka and Raveena Tandon, so that they don’t interfere with the flow of the film. As already reported, Tandon is no longer a part of the project despite her parts being shot for the film.
Fox Star Studios denied the story saying, “All these are nothing but baseless rumours.”
‘Bombay Velvet’ releases on 15th May 2015.
