Anubhav Sinha on the possibility of ‘Ra.One’ sequel

There has been talk recently that a sequel to 2011’s ‘Ra.One’ could be on its way. Filmmaker Anubhav Sinha has finally revealed the status of a possible second part of the Shah Rukh Khan starrer which was produced under his banner Red Chillies Entertainment.

“Shah Rukh and I keep talking about it. But I don’t know, nothing’s happening for now. It’s never easy to make a sci-fi film. But I know someday, over a drink, we will jump into it. It’s on his mind and it’s on my mind too,” said Sinha, according to Deccan Chronicle.

Sinha revealed that a plan for a sequel isn’t on the cards at the moment. He further added, “It’s not an easy movie to make, and we have to take that plunge. We keep meeting, we are good friends, and we have many things to discuss beyond films”.
