Another daily drama faces axe on Colors

Popular Hindi channel Colors is in revamp mode with two dramas already shown the door and another on the way out, it looks like a fourth is set to face the dreaded axe.

According to reports, ‘Thoda Hai Bas Thode Ki Zaroorat Hai’, which is aired at 19:30 through the week may get axed if ratings don’t improve in the coming days.

Even though the show has witnessed a slight improvement in its ratings, it hasn’t been enough to secure the future of the show.

The channel is currently vacating its schedule for a new Hema Malini produced drama and ‘Rishton Se Badi Pratha’, which are expected to launch next month. Colors is leaving no stone unturned ahead of the launch of ‘Bigg Boss’, which replaces hit show ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi 3’ early next month.

Colors has recently axed ‘Bairi Piya’, and ‘Yeh Pyaar Na Hoga Kam’ and will soon end afternoon show ‘Aise Karo Naa Vida’.
