Annu Kapoor & Ayushmann Khurrana reunite for ‘Dream Girl’

Ayushmann Khurrana shared a post with his co-star Annu Kapoor on social media to mark seven years since the release of the super hit ‘Vicky Donor’ (2012). The pair are now reuniting for ‘Dream Girl’.

Reported on Mid-day, Kapoor who played the character of doctor Baldev Chaddha in ‘Vicky Donor’ (2012), will be taking on the role of Khurrana’s father in the upcoming romantic-comedy ‘Dream Girl’. Khurrana captioned his tweet, “It was quite surreal that the day we completed seven years of Vicky Donor, we shot together for Dream Girl where Annu Kapoor sir plays my father.”

Directed by Raaj Shaandilyaa and co-produced by Ekta and Shobha Kapoor under their banner Balaji Motion Pictures, ‘Dream Girl’ will star Nushrat Bharucha as the female lead. Other members of the cast include, Arbaaz Khan, Manjot Singh and Sumona Chakravarti. ‘Dream Girl’ is slated to release on 13th September 2019.
