Ankita Lokhande Bollywood debut confirmed
Television actress Ankita Lokhande, who was last seen in ‘Pavitra Rishta’ will be making her debut in the Kangna Ranaut film ‘Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi’.
Lokhande has been linked to many Bollywood projects but she has now announced that she will play Jhalkaribai in the epic film.
Talking to Mumbai Mirror, Lokhande said, “I’d never heard of her before, not many have, but Jhalkaribai was one of the greatest heroes of our proud history. I’m honoured that I’ll be telling her story to the world, fighting alongside Kangana’s Rani Laxmibai.”
