Anil Kapoor, Salman Khan & Fardeen Khan return for ‘No Entry’ sequel?

Nearly two decades on, director Anees Bazmee’s hit comedy ‘No Entry’ (2005) is finally getting a sequel. The film will feature the original male leads – Anil Kapoor, Salman Khan and Fardeen Khan – however, the makers are all set to go big with the second instalment, if rumours are to be believed.

According to Box Office Worldwide, there has been a slight change to the team dynamics behind the camera, Boney Kapoor who produced ‘No Entry’ the first time round will not have a say on the creative aspects, though he will still receive some of the profits. And as for the characters, the male leads will be seen enacting three roles in the film featuring nine female actors alongside them.

“Anees bhai’s scripting is complete. This time, it is going to be 9 times the fun because the trio – Salman Khan, Anil Kapoor, and Fardeen Khan – return in triple roles. So there will also be 9 heroines in the film. It’s a massive ensemble that nobody has ever seen in the history of Bollywood. The story will follow the same catchline – three husbands trying to go astray and the madness that comes along with it,” shared a source.

It’s not yet known if the makers intend on bringing back Lara Dutta, Esha Deol, and Celina Jaitly too for ‘No Entry’ 2.0 or whether they want a fresh cast altogether.

And T-Series’ Bhushan Kumar and film producer, Murad Khetani are rumoured to have come on board this project as well. The film is slated to release next year.
