Anil Kapoor on Harshvardhan: “He sometimes acts like my parent”

At a recent event discussing the dynamic of parenthood, Anil Kapoor shared a bit about his relationship with his son Harshvardhan Kapoor.

Reported in The Indian Express, Kapoor reveals how the ‘Mirzya’ (2016) actor, though the youngest out of the three siblings, acts more like his parent “He sometimes acts more like my parent, and tells me what to do and what not to do.”

Junior Kapoor also advises him on various things, such as signing film deals, to how much money he should ask for. “He also tells me how much money I should ask for and how to work a deal. He tells me not to let go of a deal. And I ask him if he is saying this to me because he wants the money really, or wants me to do well, because ultimately the money is going to come to all three of them (his children Sonam, Rhea and Harshvardhan Kapoor). He is the one who behaves quite elderly, not only to me, but to all of us at home, even when he is the youngest in the family.”

Kapoor has recently completed the shoot for his forthcoming film ‘Mubarakan’, which also star nephew Arjun Kapoor.
