Anil Kapoor gives Rhea’s beau directorial break?

With the second season of the Indian ’24’ well underway, it seems Anil Kapoor is getting stuck into his producing duties in all manners. News has it that though the series has mainly been directed by��Abhinay Deo and Rensil D�۪Silva, Kapoor has given an opportunity to his daughter Rhea’s boyfriend Karan Bulani to direct some episodes himself.

“Rhea�۪s boyfriend Karan was roped in to direct 24 a month ago. Daddy Anil gave him a break as director,” Deccan Chronicle reported a source confirming.

Explaining Bulani’s input, was D�۪Silva himself, who went on to add, “The makers roped in Karan to direct a few episodes of season two, around a month back. We are running short of time and need to finish the shoot by October, somehow. Abhinay had to look after Force 2 as well, and just the two of us can�۪t handle the entire show by ourselves since it�۪s a big one. We have split units for the show. While Abhinay and I shoot some episodes, Karan shoots the others at the same time.”

The Indian adaptation of the Hollywood series airs on Colors.
