Anil Kapoor-Ajay Devgan to share screen space for first time
Anil Kapoor has recently been out promoting his��forthcoming release ��Tezz�۪, which also stars Ajay Devgan and Kangna Ranaut. Even though both male actors have been in the industry for many years, this is the first time audiences will see them��share the screen together.
Kapoor expressed to reporters how his friendship with Devgan grew through the shooting of the film, ���It is just the beginning of our��journey together. I wonder what took people so long to cast us together.�
Kapoor will be seen playing the role of a cop, which he thoroughly enjoyed playing. ���It�۪s quite surprising that after almost 35 years in the industry, I have never played the role of a detective in a Bollywood film,� he reflects.
The Hindustan Times reports that Kapoor suggested to Priyadarshan, who has directed the film, to increase Devgan�۪s role. ���Yes, I did. There were certain portions where I felt if Ajay was there it would work better for the film,� Kapoor confirms.
Also starring Boman Irani, Zayed Khan and Paresh Rawal, ��Tezz�۪ is due to release in April 27th.
