The daughter of successful actor Chunky Panday, Ananya, has expressed her desires to learn and improve from mistakes in her work.
Beginning her acting career in 2019 with a leading role in teen film ‘Student of the Year 2’, where she won Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut, the 21-year-old has become a firm favourite.
Fans have engaged with the variety of roles which she has embraced in the three films which she has appeared in. She spoke about her determination towards her work, according to Mid-Day, “I want to explore and grow, and if that means making mistakes, I am okay with it”.
Panday set up an initiative named So Positive to increase awareness about bullying and negativity on social media in 2019. This project was named Initiative of the Year at the Economic Times Awards and showed her continued perseverance in all aspects of her life.
The ‘Khaali Peeli’ (2020) actress added, “I am blessed that I already got love from audiences and only hope to get more in upcoming films. Its a very long journey, I am excited for it”.
Fans will be delighted to hear that she will next be seen alongside Siddhant Chaturvedi and Deepika Padukone in Shakun Batra’s untitled film and in a Pan-India film Fighter alongside Vijay Deverakonda.
