Amrita Singh objects to Sara Ali Khan signing brand deals until debut release?

With Sara Ali Khan set to make her Bollywood debut with ‘Kedarnath’ at the end of the year, Amrita Singh has reportedly told her daughter not to sign any brand endorsement deals until her first film releases.

Khan was also confirmed as the leading star in Karan Johar and Rohit Shetty’s ‘Simmba’ this week, along with Ranveer Singh.

A source told Deccan Chronicle, “It is obvious that her brand value will increase manifold once she stars opposite someone like Ranveer Singh in a Rohit Shetty film. Add to that if Kedarnath also releases, which could be around the same time as Simmba, Sara will see her brand value go up. With well-meaning people like Amrita and Karan around her, giving her valuable inputs, she’s steering clear of signing any endorsement deals right now.”
