Amrita Rao will only do memorable films

Though she made her debut opposite Arya Babbar with ‘Ab Ke Baras’ (2002), Amrita Rao shot to fame post her work in ‘Ishq Vishk’ (2003). ��Rao has maintained a selective approach to her work throughout her career and has done a limited number of roles. ��The actress claims that the reason behind this is as she wants to focus on work that will be remembered.

IANS��quote Rao as saying, “My previous films were ‘Jolly LLB’ and ‘Satyagraha’. And I’m a bit selective, but I’ve always had in my mind that whichever films I will do are memorable.”

While she has been missing from the big screen, there has been much speculation of her shifting to acting on television. ��However, the actress has not confirmed anything on that front. ��It can be noted that her sister, Preetika Rao, is a television actor.
