Recently, BizAsia reported that actress Amrita Rao had been signed for her first TV serial for Star Plus. However, it seems her dream has been shortlived as news now has it that she has been replaced.
Apparently, the channel felt Rao was too old for the role. Says a source to TOI, ���”It would have been great if Amrita was finalised. But the channel feels that she doesn’t fit the bill. We would love to work with her in the future�.
