Amitabh Bachchan to produce new TV show?

Amitabh Bachchan will be producing a new show for Sony Entertainment Television Asia, according to a report in the Times Of India.

A source told the publication that as the legend is associated with the channel anyway because of ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’, he will producing a fiction. The source said, “It’s a fictional show. It will highlight the social issues plaguing the society. It’s still not clear in what capacity will Amitabh feature in it ��� he might either act in the initial few episodes or play the part of the narrator. It may be a co-production with the channel.”

A third producer could also be linked with the programme but it is yet to be confirmed.
