Amitabh Bachchan: “Talks are on for ‘Sarkar 3’

A few weeks ago, Ram Gopal Varma confirmed that plans were underway for the third instalment of hit franchise ‘Sarkar’.

According to an interview with The Indian Express, Amitabh Bachchan said that talks were ongoing for ‘Sarkar 3’ with Varm. He said, ���I am in talks with Ramu for Sarkar 3. We are going to sit for a story narration and very soon the project should start.�۝

He also rubbished reports that there was animosity between him and Varma. He said, ���Earlier I thought it was with Hrushikesh Mukherjee that I have done maximum movies with. But when I sat down to count, it was not Hrishida but Ramu. There has never been any differences between us as far as I know.”

‘Sarkar 2’ released in 2008 and starred Bachchan, with son Abhishek and daughter-in-law, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.
