Amitabh Bachchan prefers Dhanush over SRK?

Amitabh Bachchan and Dhanush have seemingly impressed each other a lot while working together in the upcoming flick ‘Shamitabh’ as they can be often heard praising each other. Now, Bachchan has poured praises over the southern superstar.

“I have always praised Dhanush as an actor. I have seen his films of the southern industry and Raanjhanaa as well. He is an outstandingly accomplished actor and a huge star,” Bachchan told DNA.

The veteran Bollywood actor feels that Dhanush was a wonderful choice for the character played by him in ‘Shamitabh’, for which earlier the filmmakers had approached Shah Rukh Khan.”After watching the most part of the flick, I feel that he was a wonderful choice for the role,” said the actor.

‘Shamitabh’, which has been directed by R. Balakrishnan aka R. Balki, will see Kamal Haasan’s younger daughter Akshara Haasan.

The film is slated to release on 6th February.
