The latest season of Amitabh Bachchan hosted ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’ (Sony TV) will be ready to air next month and the Marathi version of the show ‘Kon Honar Crorepati’ (Sony Marathi) is anchored by ‘Sairat’ (2016) director Nagraj Manjule. Initially, the sets for both shows were supposed to be merged into one grand one, with Bachchan filming right after Manjule, but it looks like the schedules for the duo haven’t lined up and two separate sets have been built.
As according to Asian Age, a source said, “Bachchan and Manjule will be neighbours when the shoot is going on. The Marathi version is currently on, and the shoot of the Hindi version will begin at the soonest once Bachchan wraps the shoot of his film Gulabo Sitabo. Both of them have to then emerge from their shoots and promote their upcoming film Jhund together as well.”
‘Jhund’ is slated to release in September.
