Amitabh Bachchan backs out of Shirish Kunder’s next

With so many projects in the pipeline for Shirish Kunder, things have really started to look up for him.

Currently in the midst of his project ‘Joker’ with Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha, Kunder is also preparing for his upcoming project ‘Common Man’ which Amitabh Bachchan had signed on for as the protagonist. However things don’t seem to be going to plan.

According to Hindustan Times,��Bachchan had recently backed out of the film, as he doesn’t want to work on any long-term projects as yet. “I don�۪t know when ‘Common Man’ will happen. He (Amitabh) is not doing any major films right now. It may be because of his health.”��Kunder was reported stating

Keen to have Bachchan as the lead, the director has��decided��to save this one for another day and in the meantime create some new scripts as well as attending to his other projects. Kunder will later be working on a new film with Salman Khan called ‘Kick’.
