Amitabh-Abhishek to collaborate with Bally Sagoo

Popular UK music producer Bally Sagoo has been in India for some time for the launch of his new album. BizAsia can reveal that he is all set to work with none other than father and son jodi, Amitabh and Abhishek Bachchan, on a new album.

Sources suggest that Sagoo is currently in talks with senior Bachchan about the collaboration which will see them come together after a long 17 years. Bachchan had admitted to meeting Sagoo in a post in his blog.

Sagoo told Times of India, “Now I have made Mumbai as my base as Bollywood is making me a lot of offers. On Amitabhji’s project all I can say right now is that we are looking to infuse something fresh this time around”.

A source close to the producer has said that Bachchan and Sagoo are confident that with Abhishek’s input, the new sound will be a contemporary one.
