Amit Sadh starts prep for Reema Kagti’s ‘Gold’

Reema Kagti is all set to direct sports film ‘Gold’ which has Akshay Kumar in the lead role. Amit Sadh is also to star in the film and he has started preparations already.

The film will look back at India’s first Olympic success with Kumar coaching a hockey team. According to a Box Office Capsule, Sadh will be playing a hockey player, “Amit has already started prepping for his role as a hockey player. For the last three weeks he is training with Yuvraj Walmiki, national hockey player and a gold medalist for Asian Champions trophy. He is training everyday for two-three hours in Bandra on the grounds of St Andrew’s Church. Though Amit loves sports, this is the first time he is playing such a character”.

Sadh has recently been seen in ‘Running Shaadi’.
