Amit Sadh becomes the first actor to join superbike team

Amit Sadh has become one of the first Bollywood actors to become a qualified superbiker. The motorcycle sport is a national racing competition using high performance racing bikes, is fast becoming popular across the world.

Reported on DNA India, Sadh who is a keen sportsman and adventurer, undertook extensive road-safety programmes and training at the Californian Superbike School to become qualified. Since, the ‘Sultan’ (2016) has joined the popular superbike group – Speed Angels and will allow Sadh to compete in future race tournaments with the team.

Speed Angels is formed of four bikers and were the first superbike racing team to participate in the 19th edition of the JK Tyre FMSCI National Racing Championship (2016), and will be competing this year too. Superbike is well known in the United Kingdom, the United States, Japan, Australia and Canada and is slowly emerging in India.
