Amit Dhanuka confirmed as IndiaCast Senior Vice President

Amit Dhanuka has been confirmed as the Senior Vice President – International Business of IndiaCast Media Distribution (TV18 and Viacom18 venture).

With over twelve years of experience in media and entertainment, Dhanuka will be overseeing Asia Pacific business, International Syndication, Outbound Adsales from India as well as Content & Commercial Affairs at IndiaCast, based out of Mumbai.

Announcing his appointment, Gaurav Gandhi, Chief Operating Officer, IndiaCast commented, “We are delighted to have Amit on board with us. Given his diverse experience both on the content & commercial side in media & broadcast , we are confident that he will play a very key role as we take our International business to the next level.”

Speaking on the appointment, Dhanuka said, “I am excited to be part of this dynamic team. IndiaCast has made a tremendous mark since its launch and I hope to build on that I look forward to working with the team and bring in a new perspective for the growth of this fast growing organization.”

Before joining IndiaCast, Dhanuka worked with Videocon D2H where he drove the content strategy, packaging and VAS. Coming from a rich & diverse media background, Amit has also worked with Sony Pictures Television International, E- City and the Zee Group. He has completed his MBA from Thunderbird, USA.
