Amar Radio has change of management – again!

Digital radio station, Amar Radio has had a change of management again – second time in six months.

Jaswant Singh, the President of Miri Piri Gurdwara of Southall has bought Amar Radio and plans to give the station an overhaul. He told��BizAsia.co.uk��that the programmes will be changing but not straightaway. There could also be a change of brand and a new name, depending on certain logistics.

Amar Radio was previously known as Akash Radio before it changed hands in May this year. At that time, Gurmail Singh Sahota was the Chairman, Rani Kaur Sahota, the Director and the Managing Director role was given to Manjit Singh Gehdu.
