Alia Bhatt is not the only one who is enthusiastic about her collaboration with S. S. Rajamouli. Apparently the writer/director was so keen on Bhatt being a part of his upcoming film ‘RRR’ that he rewrote her role to make it more appealing for her.
According to a source, “Alia was initially not assigned a sizeable role in ‘RRR’ for it is largely a macho male flick. As a result, no major female characters were included in its script, unlike in ‘Baahubali’ (2015), wherein Ramya Krishnan played a significant part. Alia’s role had to be tweaked before the offer was presented to her.”, Deccan Chronicle reported.
‘RRR’ is a Telugu period action film starring N.T. Rama Rao Jr. and Ram Charan along with Bhatt. The film will release on 30th July, 2020.
