Alia Bhatt turned down Sanjay Dutt starrer ‘Bhoomi’?

Omung Kumar’s ‘Bhoomi’ is all set to star Sanjay Dutt. It’s emerged that Alia Bhatt was approached to play the actor’s daughter but she declined the role.

Bhatt has been finding much appreciation lately in all the films she takes up. However, it seems Dutt tried to convince her to take up the role in ‘Bhoomi’ but she was adamant that it’s not a film she’s wanting to take on. Dutt, according to Box Office Capsule, also approached Mahesh Bhatt to try and talk to his daughter but it seems her mind was made up.

Recently, it’s been reported that Dutt has been replaced in Siddharth Anand’s ‘Badla’ by none other than Amitabh Bachchan.
