Alia Bhatt: “Never denied my presence in Aashiqui 3”

Alia Bhatt was recently confirmed by director Mohit Suri as being the heroine of ‘Aashiqui 3’. However, although the actress hasn’t spoken about being involved in the project, she’s said that she’s also never said she wasn’t a part of it.

“I am hoping it works out soon. I never denied my presence in Aashiqui 3. It’s just that I am waiting for the script so I can talk more about the film. As of now, there is a basic idea in place but the script is not ready. It’ll take a while before we roll,” said Bhatt, according to Mid-Day.

Interestingly, ‘Aashiqui 3’ will be Bhatt’s first film for her family’s production house, Vishesh Films. Sidharth Malhotra is expected to be seen opposite Bhatt in the film.
