The star cast of eagerly anticipated ‘Kapoor and Sons’, Alia Bhatt, Fawad Khan and Sidharth Malhotra have been busy promoting the movie before it’s release and on Friday, they were seen attending the ‘Hindustan Times City Stars in the City’ meet and greet. An interactive session ensued with audience members and the trio not only indulged fans with singing and dancing but also made some surprising revelations.
In a conversation with a journalist, Bhatt confessed that when sharing screen space with rumoured beau Sidharth Malhotra, she finds it difficult to focus on work because she gets distracted and mesmerised by the latter’s dapper looks!
When asked by a fan to share the pros and cons of working with Malhotra, Bhatt responded, “I am very comfortable with Sid, which is the best thing about working with him. The bad thing will be that he is so gorgeous that I can easily get lost in his eyes. So, he is a big distraction for me.”
Praises for her ‘Student of the Year'(2012) co-star didn’t stop there. Asked what she’d miss the most after the film’s release, Bhatt spoke fondly, “We’ll miss each other!” generating a chorus of ‘awwws’ around the room.
Malhotra wasn’t the only object of female attention as Pakistanti actor Fawad Khan reciprocated the love of his starstruck fans by blowing kisses towards them. Sharing his experience of working with his co-actors, Khan said, “Alia is more of a disciplinarian, but Sidharth is the mischievous one.”
BizAsia wish the whole team all the best for their upcoming venture.
