Alia Bhatt gives green light to begin ‘Sadak 2’

Recently, Alia Bhatt had a schedule which was so jam-packed that she was unable to give a nod for her home production ‘Sadak 2’ to start. Now, she’s given the green light, BizAsiaLive.com has learnt.

The actress will be seen for the first time under her home banner in the film. It’s also rumoured that Pooja Bhatt, who was the female lead in the 1991 original, could be turning director for this second instalment. When quizzed about this, Mukesh Bhatt told Box Office India, “We are in the process of finalising things. We will make an official announcement in the next fifteen days”.

Sanjay Dutt is expected to reprise his role and it was being said that Alia could be seen as his daughter.
