Alia Bhatt excited to work with Shahid Kapoor in ‘Shaandar’

Alia Bhatt, who recently signed ‘Shaandar’, has opened up about her first love at the age of 11 and according to the her it was Shahid Kapoor who will also be in the film.

“Yes, I’m doing Shaandar with Vikas. I loved his film, Queen. And I am really looking forward to what he does in this film with me,” Bhatt told DNA.

The actress is excited to work with her childhood favourite. She has worked with actors like Arjun Kapoor, Varun Dhawan, Randeep Hooda and Sidharth Malhotra and says she was just 11-years-old when she became fan of Kapoor.

“I’m a huge Shahid Kapoor fan. I must have been 11-year-old when I went to see Shahid in Ishq Vishk at Gaiety-Galaxy (in Mumbai). I’ve been a fan since then. He is a fabulous actor and from what I hear, a very supportive co-star,” Bhatt said. The actress is confident that it will be easy working with Kapoor.

‘Shaandar’ will be directed by Vikas Bahl and will go on floors later this year.
