Ali Fazal’s parents miss out on ‘Bobby Jasoos’

Playing Vidya Balan’s love interest in the recent ‘Bobby Jasoos’ (2014), Ali Fazal is on a high with the film receiving rave reviews. However, he is rather dissapointed that his parent’s won’t be able to watch the film due to the celebrations of Ramadan.

Talking of the appreciation he has personally received, Zee News��report the actor saying, “I am super ecstatic with the kind of response I have got for my performance in Bobby Jasoos. My phone hasn`t stopped buzzing since the release date. I am thankful to Dia (producer) for giving me this great opportunity and also to Vidya for being a great co-star.”

“I am only a tad disappointed for my parents and close friends in Lucknow who were excited to see the movie. Since Ramadan is going on they haven`t got an opportunity to watch the film. I wish they could have seen the film as the movie celebrates Ramadan and the jashn of life,” he goes on to express.

Having released on July 4, ‘Bobby Jasoos’ tells the story of an ambitious detective, who decides to take the spy business into her own hands by solving mysteries of her local community, until she is hit with a case bigger than she imagined.
