Ali Abbas Zafar on reported fall-out with Salman Khan

Much was reported about ‘Bharat’ before the film released earlier this week. One such report said that lead actor Salman Khan had fallen out with director Ali Abbas Zafar because of the film’s running time. Zafar has now spoken out.

“These are completely false and baseless rumours. Salman Bhai is like an elder brother to me and everyone knows we consider each other family. And everyone who’s spreading such reports, I just have one thing to tell. Salman and I have ready discussed a couple of things and he will soon be spending a lot of time again with me on a project,” said the director, in a recent interview with Pinkvilla.

It was thought that Zafar had editted out 12 minutes from the film but Khan wanted more cut and this had caused some tension between the two.

The film also stars Katrina Kaif and has done well at the box office so far.
