Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar will be attending the World Kabaddi League launch next month at the O2 Arena in London.
The actor will reportedly be joined by other actors from his forthcoming release ‘Entertainment’, which releases on the same weekend as the event. Kumar is also set to perform on stage.
Kumar, alongside Abhishek Bachchan, Sonakshi Sinha and Yo Yo Honey Singh have been confirmed as the franchise owners in the huge tournament. The league consisting of ten international teams will be played across four continents at 15 international venues starting from August to December. The first stop will be London.
The World Kabaddi League will be telecast on PTC Punjabi in the UK. In India, Sony Six holds the rights to the event.
