Akshay Kumar on son Aarav: “We were friends first”

Akshay Kumar has recently started shooting for ��Housefull 3�۪ in the UK. However, when making his presence known on social media, the actor seems like a very family-oriented man. With his son now a teenager, Kumar spoke in an interview about their chats with one another.

Talking to Filmfare, Kumar revealed, ���We like to chat about sports, food, technology, life, friends, school, family, swimming… actually we talk about everything apart from movies. He never inquires about the action and stunts I do in my films. I have a open relationship with my son, like I had with my father. We were friends first and later father and son. I�۪ve maintained the same equation with Aarav. I�۪ve given him complete freedom to choose what he wants to do in life. He�۪s just 13. This is the age to study�۝.

He also talked about his equation with Lara Dutta and whether they talk about their own children to each other, ���Lara and I like doing masti-mazaak. We keep pulling people�۪s legs on the set. We don�۪t discuss our children at all or things like ��which class is your daughter in?�۪ But my daughter Nitara and her daughter Saira used to play with each other in Goa�۝.

Kumar was recently seen in ��Singh is Bliing�۪ which was directed by Prabhu Deva.
