Akshay Kumar to head to Swiss Alps for 50th birthday

Akshay Kumar, who has quite a dream run at the box office with ‘Toilet: Ek Prem Katha’ (2017), is all set to mark his 50th birthday on 9th September. It’s thought the actor and his family will be marking the occasion in the Swiss Alps.

Kumar, wife Twinkle and their two children will be spending four days in the Alps. A source close to the actor told Mumbai Mirror, “On the weekend of September 9, the Kumars will make a whirlwind trip to Switzerland because Nitara has expressed a desire to see the snow and Akshay is always ready to indulge his children”.

Kumar will be holding a puja at home and spending some time with his mother and sister as well as his mother-in-law and Twinkle’s family before heading off.
