Akshay Kumar has no plans to return to TV

Like many of his peers, Akshay Kumar also lent his hand to the small screen when he hosted the reality game show ‘Fear Factor:��Khatron Ke Khiladi’ (2008).��Despite having received a great response, Kumar isn’t planning to get back to TV any time soon.

“I am now concentrating only on films,”��Indian Express��reported Kumar stating, when asked about returning to TV.

Talking about his yearly plan when doing films, the actor expressed, “For one film, you need 40-45 days and even if I do four films in a year it will take only about 230 days. For the��remaining days, I spend with family, etc. I can also do six films as there is a lot of time for it.”

‘Rustom’, directed by debut filmmaker Tinu Suresh Desai and also stars Ileana D’Cruz and Esha Gupta. It releases on 12th August 2016.
