Akshay Kumar does not endorse six-pack abs

Akshay Kumar is known to be one of the fittest actors in Bollywood.�� While there is a trend of actors in B-town flaunting their six packs or eight-packs, Kumar believes that the focus should instead be on a healthy lifestyle.

���All that is shown onscreen might not be real… I don’t endorse these six-pack or eight-pack abs. I believe in the natural way of maintaining a good body��_ The person should also care about his health and future as well. A lot of people depend on products that may give them a good feeling about their bodies for few days, but the long-term effect is dangerous to their body,�۝ Kumar told IANS.

It can be noted that Kumar has previously gone on record to say that he does not drink alcohol or smoke.�� The actor believes in maintaining a healthy lifestyle, including eating and sleeping well.

Kumar will next be seen on the big screen in Neeraj Pandey�۪s ��Baby�۪, which is slated to release on 23rd January 2015.
