When it comes to raising awareness for a charitable cause, famous faces from the Indian Film Industry are always at the front line in doing the good deed. According to reports Akshay Kumar andTamannaah Bhatia have decided to auction off all their costumes that they have worn, in their forthcoming film ‘Entertainment’ to raise money for theYouth Organization in Defence of Animals (YODA).

The organisation helps and supports stray animals, that have been abandoned on the street. NDTVreported Kumar explaining, “You see so many stray dogs everywhere and this organisation is for them, where they (the dogs) will be taken care of. People even throw out dogs after keeping them as pets for some time. YODA is a place where they will be given shelter.”

Apparently actress Bhatia has decided to go that extra mile and will auction all of her clothes from her future projects for YODA. “People always ask me what happens to the clothes you wear in a film. Nobody knows what happens with them. But I feel like YODA is a great initiative and the money collected can be spent on animals who really need that money and care. So I am going to do this in every film of mine, even my southern films,” she goes onto say.

Also starring Mithun Chakraborty, Prakash Raj, Sonu Sood and Krushna Abhishek, ‘Entertainment’ is set to release this weekend.
